This morning as Becky went out to do chores she noticed a fox trotting down the horse\u2019s lane to their paddock.\u00a0 This is the third time fox has been right out in the open for us to see.\u00a0 The first time was about 3-4 weeks ago when he was on the driveway and as we drove down the road he crossed our path again.\u00a0 Well that makes three times so I knew it was time to have a chat with fox and see what he wanted us to know.<\/p>\n
Wendy:<\/strong>\u00a0 You have been right out in the open.\u00a0 Aren\u2019t you concerned about who might see you?<\/p>\n Fox:\u00a0<\/strong> I\u2019m very selective about who sees me\u2026you and Becky can see me but to others I am invisible.<\/p>\n Wendy:<\/strong>\u00a0 Why have you shown up?\u00a0 Do you have a message for us or my readers?<\/p>\n Fox:<\/strong>\u00a0 For you I have shown up to assist you in your new work (Phoenix Rising).\u00a0 I will help you and your students.\u00a0 You have much in common with Fox energy.<\/p>\n Wendy:<\/strong>\u00a0 How is that?<\/p>\n Fox:<\/strong>\u00a0 Fox pups are born deaf and blind.\u00a0 They must rely on sensing energy when they are very young.\u00a0 Because of this they grow up to be very instinctual and very good at sensing energy around them and\u00a0 sensing danger before it gets close enough to do harm.\u00a0 Although they are very vulnerable as pups\u00a0that vulnerability\u00a0teaches them great skills to use in their lives.<\/p>\n We also play with our energy slipping in and out of places unnoticed, blending into the background.\u00a0 It is a good technique to learn and can be quite fun.<\/p>\n Wendy:<\/strong>\u00a0 It\u2019s true that is some of what I am teaching in Phoenix Rising \u2013 awareness of your energy and the energies around you, how to control your energy body and how to use it to create more calm and balance in your life.\u00a0 I can see where Fox energy would help us with this.<\/p>\n How does this apply to others?<\/p>\n Fox:<\/strong>\u00a0 All of you should be paying more attention now to your energy body.\u00a0 The Earth\u2019s vibration is shifting and that includes your energy body.\u00a0 It is important to understand what you sense and feel.\u00a0 It gives you information about yourself and the others in your life.\u00a0 You can learn what others in your life might need from you.\u00a0 You also learn what is needed to stay grounded and centered\u2026that will help stabilize the Earth as these changes occur.\u00a0\u00a0 When you have awareness of your instincts and your energy you can use it to uplift the world.<\/p>\n Wendy:<\/strong>\u00a0 I\u2019m really looking forward to having you join us Saturday.\u00a0 I know there is a great deal we can learn from you.\u00a0 Are you open to having others (my readers) connect with you for a personal message?<\/p>\n Fox:<\/strong>\u00a0 All animals are open to communicating with humans\u2026all you need to do is ask and get quiet enough to hear us.<\/p>\n Wendy:\u00a0<\/strong> Is there anything else you would like to share?<\/p>\n Fox:\u00a0<\/strong> Be light with yourself and be light with the Earth.\u00a0 See how play lightens your energy and your Spirit and how gentleness honors the Earth.<\/p>\n Wendy:<\/strong>\u00a0 Thank you.<\/p>\n
