A Snowshoe hare showed up in my meditation to demonstrate to me how beautifully he hides in his surroundings. He told me this helps him hide from predators. His color blends in and keeps him safe. That's a great trait to have I thought. To blend in so you cannot be distinguished from your surroundings. Mountain Lion helps me share a deep secret.
During my meditation today a Mountain Lion came into view and shared with me his insights about climbing towards a vision. Much of what he shared with me was demonstrated as I watched him scale and leap among cliffs and rocks as he ascended towards a ledge high above. I could see the outline of his muscles as they tensed to prepare to jump. He was a shining example of strength, agility and courage leaping several times his height as if he exerted no effort at all.
