Have you ever wondered how I get the information for these blogs? I had a reader ask me recently if I asked the animals the questions or if they just volunteered the information. It’s yes to both. Often I go into meditation and just ask what wants to be shared. Stopping Panic in its Tracks
This past summer I received a call from a woman in panic...literally. She was in the midst of a panic attack and called me for help. Susan was out west enjoying a great conference with like minded people. She was outside with her group when they all noticed a large herd of Elk crossing through a field making their way toward a road. Is it time to be a scientist?
Do you often tell yourself you've done something wrong or not good enough? I hear this from clients. "I didn't get quiet enough for my meditation."
