Want to know the number one question I get asked when teaching how to tap into your intuition (Soul/higher self) or communicate with animals? It’s this… How do I know I’m not making this up? or… How do I know I’m not “hearing” what I want to hear? And I get it. When I began communicating with animals I was skeptical. If it wasn't for my mentor pushing me…encouraging me…and confirming my accuracy I probably would've given up long ago. She asked me to help her with clients and I STILL … [Read more...]
The Comfort of Animals
Do you feel more comfortable hanging out with animals than with people? Or maybe you notice how good you feel when you’re with animals? A couple of years ago I wrote this blog looking at the energy aspects of animals vs. people and why highly sensitive empaths often feel more comfortable with animals. Don’t Listen to this Bad Advice…You Can Manage Energy Vampires

To live in the past and rehash how we might have done something differently never serves us. We could only do what we knew then. This doesn't mean we don’t learn from our past. As Maya Angelou often said “When you know better, you do better”. … [Read more...]

My goat, Ghost, taught me about the process of dying. I knew he was struggling and I wanted to help him. I wanted him to no longer be in pain. I wanted to “fix” it. But when I asked about helping him cross over with our medicine he refused help. He wanted to experience the process of dying. He taught me a great lesson…to be with the experience rather than avoid it. For him this process was as much a part of living as when he was playing with his buddies jumping from rock to rock. Living … [Read more...]
